Q: Do I have voicemail?

A: Yes you have voicemail. When you call to retrieve your voicemail you will pay the standard RoamTalk call ratesfrom the country that you are calling from.

Q: Do I have to use my voicemail?

No, using your voicemail is up to you. Our recommendation is to use the voicemail so that you will never miss a call.

A: By using the following key combination all of your call diverts will be disabled: *119*# (call/send)

A: Yes. We will send you a SMS text message free of charge to inform you of a new message.

Q: What does it cost for someone to leave a message on my voicemail?

A: The caller has to pay the regular rates of his provider.

Q: What is the voicemail PIN needed for?

A: With your voicemail PIN you are able to listen to your messages from any phone. Simply interrupt your own voicemail announcement with the # key and follow the instructions.

Q: How do I get my voicemail PIN if I forget it?

A: Due to security reasons, only you know your voicemail PIN. To set a new voicemail PIN simply dial 077 with your RoamTalk international cell phone and choose basic settings to set a new PIN. Your current voice mail PIN is not needed.

Q: How can I set a time shorter than the standard 30 seconds for the voicemail redirection?

A: Currently we only provide a 30 second time period until the caller reaches your voicemail.
